1. General
By accessing this website and using our ticketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. PT Yarkey Innovative Solutions acts solely as a technology provider and is not the organizer of the events listed.
 
2. User Responsibility
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your booking confirmation/e-ticket.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this service.
3. Limitation of Liability
  • PT Yarkey Innovative Solutions is not responsible for any injury, loss, or dissatisfaction occurring during the actual event.
  • Any claims regarding event quality, scheduling, or safety must be directed to the respective Event Organizer.
  • We are not liable for any technical failures caused by third-party payment gateways or internet service providers.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including software, logos, and website design, is the property of PT Yarkey Innovative Solutions.
 
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of this platform shall be resolved through the South Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan) as the first instance.
 
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within 30 (thirty) calendar days. If unresolved, the matter will be referred to the applicable court as stated above.
 
7. Amendments
PT Yarkey Innovative Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the email address registered on their account. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
