Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Role of the Platform
Please be advised that PT Yarkey Innovative Solutions facilitates the payment process for the Event Organizer. Refund and cancellation rules are primarily governed by the specific Event Organizer’s policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds may only be issued if the event is canceled by the Organizer or if there is a double payment due to a technical system error.
- “Change of mind” or personal schedule conflicts are generally not eligible for a refund unless stated otherwise by the Event Organizer.
3. Processing Fees
- In the event of a refund, the administrative fee and payment gateway fee (charged by the payment gateway providers) are non-refundable.
- The refund amount will be the ticket price minus these applicable transaction fees.
4. Cancellation Procedure
- To request a cancellation, users must contact our support at admin@yarkeysolutions.com with valid proof of purchase.
- Refund processes may take 7–14 working days depending on the payment method used.
5. Force Majeure
The platform and the Organizer are not liable for cancellations caused by natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
